The name Glitz, derived from "Glitch," challenges society's conservative norms. By integrating the concept of "Glitch" into the brand, we address biases that label underrepresented communities, such as those with disabilities and LGBTQ+ individuals as irregularities, highlighting the need for greater understanding, acceptance, and inclusion.

Inspired by 90s retro design, this visual identity aims to appeal to both middle-aged patrons and young adults. For middle-aged patrons, it evokes a sense of nostalgia. For younger audiences, the design offers a unique form of individual expression and a refreshing escape from today's digital era.

Color of Diversity

Bold colors and gradients are chosen to represent their powerful message to challenge the status quo. The choice of purple as Glitz’s main color is a gender neutral color that unites blue (male) and pink (female) to represent inclusivity and diversity.

Brand Element

The lines encircling the typeface serve as distinctive features that add the retro feel to the logo, and can be used as a supergraphics to strengthen Glitz branding even without their logo.
